A Teacher's Prayer
Lord, Please help me,To strengthen their voices,bodies and minds,
To express their feelings and control them sometimes,
To explore what's near and venture afar,
But most important to love who they are.
Students opt for Biology for various reasons like for pursuing Medical career, pure sciences, paramedical and related fields. Some may opt because they like Biology .
Every year I tell my students how important study of biology is.
This helps to develop a scientific attitude towards healthy living and ethical sharing of this Biosphere with all other fellow beings .
Leamnson: "... learning is not something that just happens to you, it is something that you do to yourself. You cannot be 'given' learning, nor can you be forced to do it. The most brilliant and inspired teacher cannot 'cause' you to learn. Only you can do that."
Better Performance in AISSCE ,044 -Biology
These are thoughts which have been crystallized after years of board evaluation and could be useful for the class XII students for improving their performance.
The students should give top importance to TEXT BOOK.
Examples should be quoted from the NCERT textbook.
It is important to answer in detail with diagram even if it is not asked for 3 and 5 marks questions.
Label all diagrams as much as possible(the more labels better chances for marks)
Include more points so that all possible value points in the key for correction are included.
Write the sequence of events and processes properly in points.
Read and understand each question properly.
Your performance depends upon your presence of mind ,confidence and clear thinking.
So keep these tips in mind
